摘 要:在建水某石榴产地采集酸石榴的果实,采用干灰化法和湿法消化溶解样品。用原子吸收光谱法连续测定石榴汁、石榴籽中的Pb、Zn、Se、Mn、Fe、Cd、Cr、Cu等元素的含量实验中,原子吸收分光光度法的平均相关系数≥0.99950;测定元素的相对标准差从0.07%~1.67%;样品的回收率在98.7% ̄116.4%之间,表明该法准确、可靠。测定结果为更好地开发石榴资源提供了参考依据。Collection Pomegranate's fruit in one station of JianShui county. Pomegranate were ash by dryingmethod and dissolved by HNO3-HClO4. The trace Pb, Zn, Se, Mn, Fe, Cd, Cr and Cu in pomegranate's juice and seed were determined by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (FAAS). The way of FAAS's correlative coefficient is ≥0.99950. The standard deviation of examinated elements was range from 0.07% to 1.67% and its average was 0.6225%. The recovery of specimen was range from 98.7% to 116.4%. The way of FAAS can determinate traces of trace element in fruit of Pomegranate. Under optimum condition of SpectrAA-220FS, the trace of Pb, Zn, Se, Mn, Fe, Cd, Cr and Cu was measured by FAAS. The results will offer some useful data for developing the resource of JianShui's pomegranate.
