摘　　要：近年来,FDI的理论和实证研究逐步从宏观经济研究领域向战略管理学拓展,即跨国公司如何针对自身的资源特征、学习能力、国际经验、国际化发展模式以及东道国制度环境和市场结构等因素,动态选择最优的FDI模式。针对中国企业FDI的现状,文章归纳出未来值得深入探讨的重要问题。This paper provides a comprehensive survey and a brief comment of the recent frontier theories on the FDI entry mode choices. In view of the current status of researches on this issue and the practices of Chinese firms＇ outward FDI, it makes a suggestion for several potential directions of future researches, which has further strengthened and expanded the theoretical foundations and analytical perspectives of FDI entry mode choices in Chinese context.
