摘　　要：常减压装置近年来增加了俄罗斯原油的掺炼量,造成低温腐蚀问题逐渐增多。介绍了常减压装置低温腐蚀产生的机理、低温腐蚀易发生的部位、低温防腐措施,通过在分馏塔顶冷凝冷却系统注入低温缓蚀剂,取得较好的低温防腐效果。Along with processing much Russian crude oil in Jilin Petrochemical Co. Refinery, the corrosion control in CDU overhead has become more complexity rencent years. The article described the mechanism of corrosion inhibition and the corrosive position of CDU overhead, and proposed the countermeasures for solving the problems. Using the effective neutralizer and inhibitor program, We have gotten good effects.
