摘　　要：2006年11月,在河北省第七次党代会上,河北省领导适时提出了"建设沿海经济社会发展强省"的战略目标。运用SWOT分析方法对河北建设沿海强省的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行分析,建设沿海强省要转变观念,增强意识,加快开发开放,进行政策体制创新,优化发展软环境;加快港口港城建设,打造沿海经济隆起带等。HeBei Province leadership brought forward the strategic objectives of ＂to build a coastal economic and social development strong province ＂ at the Seventh Congress Meeting in November 2006. Based on the approach of SWOT, this paper specifically analyzes the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat, and on this basis it puts forward some counter measures of building coastal strong province in HeBei Province.
