摘 要:从福建厦门、晋江及诏安沿海等4种生境采集到的样品中分离得到390株耐(嗜)盐真菌,对其进行耐盐程度测定和抗菌活性检测,结果表明分离所得的菌株普遍能耐受较高盐浓度,超过85%的菌株可在含15%NaCl的培养基上生长;同时有63.3%的菌株表现出了对一种或多种指示菌具有拮抗作用,尤其是对白色假丝酵母有56.7%的供测菌株表现出拮抗活性.通过形态鉴定表明这些活性菌株主要分布于9个属,其中以青霉和曲霉为主.390 strains of halophilic and halotolerant fungi were isolated from samples which were collected from the intertidal zone and inshore area around south of Fujian for detection of the salt tolerance and the antimicrobial activity. The result showed that more than 85 % of strains could grow in PDA with 15 % NaCl,also we found that 63.3% of strains have antagonism against one of more indicators, such as Escherichia coli , Bacillus subtilis , Staphlococcus aureus , Candida albicans ,Aspergillus niger. The active halophilie and halotolerant fungi were identified as 9 genera,most of which belong to Penicillium sp. and Aspergillus sp.
