水稻碳氮代谢取样分析方法的研究

摘　　要：研究了水稻碳氮代谢取样分析方法，提出了６点注意事项，分别为：取样时间问题，取样部位问题，施肥与取样关系问题，不同生育阶段取样问题，不同器官取样问题，以及营养诊断为目的的取样问题，均应引起我们足够关注与重视．The methods of sampling for carbon and nitrogen metabolism analysis have been studied. In this paper, six problems have been proposed, such as: the problem of time for sampling, the problem of sampling on different position, the problem of sampling being nitrogen fertilizer applied or not, the problem of sampling at different grown stages, the problem of sampling on the different organs of rice plants, the problem of sampling for the purpose of diagnostic study, etc. These problems request us particularly to take great affention in practice in order to get adequate and accurate results for carbon and nitrogen metabolism study.
