摘　　要：为衡量和提高大学生就业竞争力,利用层次分析法对大学生就业竞争力进行综合分析,从定量的角度通过相对权向量,对各种可能决策方案做出评价,为大学毕业生的就业选择提供一定的科学依据.In order to judge and improve competition ability of university students in their empioyment, synthetic analysis is presented by AHP method. The scheme of decision-making is evaluated by relatively weight vector, providing scientific basis for the job seeking of graduate students.
