摘 要:二元衍射光学元件作为一种成像元件具有任意相位分布、特殊色散、平像场、温度稳定等性质,同折射元件相结合可以实现许多传统成像光学不能达到的目标.本文设计一个用于0.56″LCOS头盔显示器的光学系统.该系统由三片折射透镜和一个二元衍射面构成,具有10 mm出瞳直径和20 mm眼点距.同传统光学系统相比较,该折/衍混合系统具有更长的工作距离和更好的成像质量,中心视场在35 lp/mm处的传递函数值大于0.4.Binary optical elements have many characterics, such as random phase-distribution, particular dispersion, flat field, temperature stability etc. Take advantage both of geometrical optical elements and diffractive optical elements, hybrid optical system can achieve many goals those can't be attained by traditional optical system. Assembling one optical imaging system with 0.56″ LCOS, we achieved one practical headmounted micro-display system. The optical system consists of three refractive elements and one binary surface. It has a 10 mm exit pupil diameter, and a 20 mm eye clearance distance. Compared with the traditional optical system, the hybrid refractive/diffractive system has a longer working distance and better image quality. The MTF of the hybrid system in axial field of view on 35 lp/mm is above 0.4.
