摘　　要：利用液液萃取及正-反相硅胶柱色谱交叉等手段,从中药北豆根块茎的粗提物中分离得到14个组分,并对分离组分进行几种植物病原菌的抑制活性实验.其中D4.2号组分对玉米大斑病菌及玉米弯孢叶斑病菌的抑制率最为明显,在浓度25μg/mL时,分别达到了78%和80%.Fourteen fractions were isolated from the roots of Menispermum dauricum using liquid-liquid extraction and normal and reverse phase column chromatography etc., and tested against the plant pathogenicbacteria of the fractions. The D4.2 showed the best inhibitory activity on Setosphaeria turcica and Maize Curvularialeaf spot. The inhibition is 78% and 80% respectively, when 25 μg/mL.
