摘　　要：利用ISD1420语音录放芯片和AT89C2051单片机设计船舶用大功率语音报警器.该报警器采用弹性录音方式,提高了内存利用率,且操作简单,使用方便.该报警器还采用了L4960单片开关电源,在12～40 V宽电压范围内稳定工作,并具有几十个报警器联动同步工作功能.The voice recorder chip ISD1420 and MCU AT89C2051 are used for the design of the Large-power annunciator for shipping. The annunciator improves the utilize of memory with the way of elasticity record, simple operation, convenient use. It is adopted with L4960 single Switching-mode power supply（SMPS） and can steadily work within the width of 12-40 V. It has the function of linkage and synchronization of several annunciators.
