摘　　要：分析当前在对遗传资源进行产权化保护时国际层面上面临的困境,并分析这种困境对我国遗传资源采取权利保护时的影响,进而指出我国在国内层面上遗传资源产权化过程中所面临的困境.The paper firstly analyzes the international predicament when genetic resources are conducted property right protection, secondly identifies the impact of the predicament on the right protection in our country. Moreover, it points out the predicament of genetic resource property right protection in our country.
