摘　　要：介绍了涉及制浆造纸行业的40家上市公司的上市历程、融资状况、投资项目和2007年经营状况,并进行了分析与比较。据不完全统计,38家上市公司融资总额为299.25亿元,平均筹资7.88亿元。中国造纸协会公布的2007年中国造纸企业收入30强中,有12家是上市公司。The paper introduces the course of being listed, financing situation, investment projects and state of operation in 2007 of 40 listed companies in pulp and paper industry and carries out an analysis and comparison. According to incomplete statistics, the financing sum of the 38 listed companies is RMB 29,925 million with an average of 788 million. 12 out of the 30 top paper companies of incomes in China＇s paper industry issued by China Paper Association are listed company .
