摘　　要：理文造纸为世界最大的箱板原纸生产商之一，于1994年组建，2003年在香港上市，现集团共有13条造纸生产线，年产量380万吨；2条木浆生产线．年产量35万吨．预计2009年将达至422万吨纸．50万吨浆。集团目前共设有6间工厂，分别为：东莞理文造纸厂有限公司、广东理文造纸有限公司、江苏理文造纸有限公司、重庆理文造纸有限公司，越南理文造纸有限公司及美国加利福尼亚州木浆厂．并在美国、欧洲等地设有办事处及原料采购中心。Being founded in 1994, Lee ＆ Man Paper is one of the world＇s largest packaging paperboard producers and Listed on Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 2003. Lee ＆ Man Paper owns 13 paper production lines with total capacity 3.80 million t/a, 2 wood-pulp production lines with total capacity 0.35 million t/a; it is expected that in 2009 the paper and pulp output will reach 4.22 million and 0.5 million tons respectively. The group has subsidiaries of Dongguan Lee ＆ Man Paper, Guangdong Lee ＆ Man Paper, Jiangsu Lee ＆ Man Paper, Chongqing Lee ＆ Man Paper, Vietnam Lee ＆ Man Paper and California Wood Pulp Mill; offices and raw materials purchase centers in United States and Europe.
