摘　　要：安徽山鹰纸业股份有限公司是国家大型一档造纸工业企业．主导产品为箱纸板、瓦楞纸、瓦楞箱板纸箱等包装纸和新闻纸、胶印书刊纸等文化纸，已形成80万吨的造纸年生产能力和5亿平方米的瓦楞纸板纸箱年生产能力。近年来，公司在发展造纸的同时持续扩大纸箱经营规模，积极向下游产业链延伸．先后在马鞍山、苏州、扬州、杭州等地设立了多家子公司，大力发展瓦楞箱板纸箱业务。公司于2001年在上海证交所上市，截止2007年12月31日公司总股本427亿股．总资产4144亿元，净资产1275亿元。Shanying Paper is a large-scale state-owned enterprise, its main products cover packaging paper and board of liner board, corrugating medium and corrugated board, boxboard, newsprint and offset book paper etc., with the total capacity 800,000 t/a paper and 0.5 billion m^2 corrugated board and carton. In recent years, the company has kept to develop both productions of paper ＆ board and carton, and extend end-use industries; established many subsidiaries in Ma＇anshan, Suzhou, Yangzhou and Hangzhou for enlarging corrugated carton marketing. The company listed on Shanghai Bourse in 2001. As at Dec. 31, 2007, the total share capital was 0.427 billion shares, total asset 4.144 billion yuan and net asset RMB 1. 275 billion yuan.
