复骨健步片对兔膝骨性关节炎软骨细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察复骨健步片对兔膝骨性关节炎软骨细胞凋亡的影响,探讨其治疗膝骨性关节炎的机制。方法:将48只家兔随机分为4组,A为正常对照组,B为模型组,C为壮骨关节丸组,D为复骨健步片组,每组12只,B、C、D组造模成功后,A、B组予生理盐水,C组予壮骨关节丸,D组予复骨健步片。第2、4、6周每组各处死4只兔,取关节软骨观察细胞凋亡及计数。结果:第2周,C、D两组凋亡显著低于B组(P<0.01),且两组间差异无统计学意义;第4、6周,B、C、D三组凋亡显著高于A组(P<0.01),D组显著低于B、C组(P<0.01)。结论:复骨健步片可以明显降低骨关节炎中软骨细胞的凋亡率,从而达到保护软骨细胞,延缓发病的目的。Objective:To observe the influence of FUGUJIANGUPIAN(FGJBP,a TCM composition)to apoptosis of cartilage corpuscle on os-teoarthritis(OA)in rabbits' knee joints and approach the mechanism of it to cure OA in knee joints.Methods:48 cases of rabbits were randomly divided into four groups,group A(control group),group B(model group),group C(ZHUANGGUGUANJIEWAN(ZGGJW,a TCM composi-tion)group)and group D(FGJBP group),12 cases in each group.After succeeding of making models for groups of B,C and D,physiologic saline was given to group A and group B,ZGGJW for group C and FGJBP for group D.4 cases of rabbits were respectively killed in each group at times of two weeks,four weeks and six weeks,and arthrodial cartilage of them were taken to observe apoptosis and counted numbers.Result:On time of two weeks,the apoptosis of group C and group D were obviously lower than that of group B(P<0.01),there had no statistically sig-nificant on discrepancy between them.On times of four weeks and six weeks,those of group B,group C and group D were obviously super to that of group A(P< 0.01),and that of group D was notably infra to those of group B and group C(P< 0.01).Conclusion:FGJBP could obviously degrade the apoptosis rate of cartilage corpuscle in OA,protect cartilage corpuscle and postpone morbidity.
