摘　　要：以CA6140普通车床为例,介绍了普通车床改造为经济型数控车床的设计方案.阐述了该车床纵向进给系统改造中的滚珠丝杠副的选型和验算的步骤及方法,可为机床数控化改造提供一种参考.Taking example for CA6140 lathe, the scheme of reforming a lathe into an economical numericallycontrolled lathe is introduced. The procedure and method of the type-choosing and checking calculation of the nut set of ball screw in numerical control reforming of longitudinal feed system are expounded, which can be a reference for numerical control reforming of lathe.
