摘 要:采用红外热像仪来较精确、非接触、连续地测定了管内气—水两相流温度分布.在实际测温中发现:影响红外热像仪测下精度的因素很多.为了获得满足实验要求的温度数据,用精度为0.5%的热电偶测得管外壁若干点的温度,并依据热电偶的测温标定相同表面辐射条件下红外热像仪对应点的温度值,这样可拟合出二者的函数关系,文中用经验证后的关系式,较准确而连续地测定出管道外壁的温度值,据此得到了管内两相流的起沸点及温度分布.The thermal infrared imager was used to determine the gas-water two-phase flow temperature distribution more precisely, contactlessly and continually. When measuring the temperature, it was found that there were many.factors to affect the precision of this instrument. In order to obtain the required temperature the thermocouple with. 0. 5 % precision was used to measure the temperature of some points on tube surface, and accord-ing to the temperature, the corresponding temperatures of this instrument in the same conditions of surface radiation were calibrated. So the relationship function of both could befitted in. This paper used the validated relation formula to determine the temperatures on the outer wall surface relatively accurately and continually, and derived the boiling point and temperature distribution of two-phase flow of inner wall.
