摘 要:制备了两种铂催化剂:氯铂酸-二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷和氯铂酸-异丙醇,比较了其在加成型液体乙烯基硅橡胶的制备中的催化作用,并着重分析了氯铂酸-二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷(Karstedt型)催化剂加入量对硅橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,氯铂酸-二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷的活性比氯铂酸-异丙醇的活性大;在一定范围内,随着催化剂用量增加,硅橡胶硫化时间缩短,介电常数和介电损耗增加;当氯铂酸-二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷催化剂质量分数为1.15×10-5时,硅橡胶固化良好,介电常数和介电损耗较小且随频率变化较稳定。Two kinds of platinum catalysts for additional vinyl liquid silicone rubber (LSR) including the platinum-vinyl siloxane complexes and the platinum-isopropanol complexes were prepared and the catalytic Comparison between the two platinum complexes and the effect of platinum-vinyl siloxane complexes (Karstedt catalyst) on the vulcanization time, permittivity, and dielectric loss of additional vinyl LSR were discussed. The results showed that the Karstedt catalyst exhibits better catalytic effect comparing with the platinum-isopropanol complexes. The permittivity and dielectric loss increased, and the vulcanization time decreases with the increase of the Karstedt catalyst contents. When the content of Karstedt catalyst is 1. 15 × 10^-5 , the additional vinyl LSR behaves better curing characterizations and lower dielectric properties.
