摘 要:岩巷中深孔爆破可减少循环转换过程中的各种辅助作业时间,提高单循环进尺。根据现场巷道断面和形状、岩石性质、低威力三级煤矿水胶炸药和施工条件,通过对炮孔深度、掏槽形式和掏槽参数、光面爆破参数、崩落爆破参数、装药结构、炸药单耗、起爆方式等技术问题分析研究,并在施工中不断优化完善,应用研究取得了良好的技术经济指标,平均炮孔利用率大于90%,巷道成形质量良好,周边孔痕率在40%~70%。Medium-deep-hole blasting technology can reduce assistant operation time of many kinds of loop function, and enhance the advancement footage of single-cycle. This paper, based on the section and shape of in site tunnel, rock property and construction condition, lower power coal-mine water-gel explosive, discussed the technical problems such as hole depth, cut patterns and parameters, smoothing blasting parameters, caved blasting parameters, charging structure, unit explosive consumption, detonation pattern and so on, and which were optimized during the construction. The application research interpreted into well technological and economic results by giving an average hole availability more than 90% well quality of the tunnel shape, and 40%-70% of peripheral hole rate in terms of half-hole marks.
