摘  要:探讨双氧水/活化剂对PVA浆料的降解作用。通过采用双氧水/活化剂对涤棉织物进行退浆,测试分析双氧水、活化剂用量、退浆温度、时间和pH值对PVA降解率的影响。结果表明,双氧水/活化剂法退浆的较好工艺条件是:双氧水4 mL/L,活化剂7.5 g/L,温度100℃,pH值5,时间20 min。指出:与其他三种传统退浆方法相比,双氧水/活化剂退浆具有退浆率高,白度好,强力损伤小,退浆液中PVA降解率高和退浆液为中性,可以减轻退浆后的水洗负担,有利于实现清洁化前处理生产等优点。Hydrogen peroxide and activator were used in desizing of polyester cotton fabric. The degradation percentage of PVA were tested and analysed by changing dosages of H2O2 and activator, desizing temperature, desizing time and pH value. The result shows that the better desizing conditions are H2O2 4 ml/L, activator 7.5 g/L, temperature 100℃, pH value 5 and time 20min. Compared with the other three methods, hydrogen peroxide and activator owns some advantages, such as higher desizing percentage, better whiteness, lower damage of strength, higher degradation of PVA and neutral wastewater of desizing, which can decrease the burden of washing and achieve the clean production.
