摘　　要：为了在棉纺设备上纺制出高比例羊毛纱,根据澳毛纤维、粘胶纤维、锦纶纤维和山羊绒纤维的特性,在兼顾产品用途与成本的基础上,确定了这4种纤维在所纺纱线中的混纺比例为40/30/20/10,通过对锦纶纤维与山羊绒纤维进行预处理,优选各工序工艺参数,纺纱过程顺利,成纱质量稳定。To spin high content wool yarn in cotton spinning equipment, according to the performance of Australian wool, viscose, nylon and cashmere, considering product usage and cost, the blending ratio is set as 40/30/20/10, Through pretreating nylon and cashmere and optimizing processing parameter,yarn could be spun successfully and yarn quality could be assured as well.
