摘 要:磨粒的冲击磨损在磨料水射流加工中被认为起主要的作用。笔者回顾了几种广为应用的磨粒冲击磨损模型及冲蚀机理,并总结了数值分析方法在磨粒冲蚀研究中的应用。选择Steinberg-Guinan模型作为靶材的本构模型,利用APDL建立石榴石微粒冲蚀不锈钢的有限元模型,运用LS-DYNA求解器对冲蚀过程进行了计算与仿真。通过与已有实验结果比较分析,Steinberg材料模型可以用于冲击仿真;通过与Finnie的微切削模型比较得出,数值分析方法可以用于磨粒冲击行为的研究。Erosion by the abrasives was regarded as the main mechanism in watejet machining. Several widely used erosive wear model and their erosion mechanisms were reviewed, the applications of finite element method in studying abrasive erosive wear were summarized. Steinberg-Guinan model were selected as the target material constitutive model, the numerical model of garnet particle impacting the stainless steel was designed by using APDL, and the erosion process was simulated by using LS-DYNA code. By comparing the simulated results with the experimental results, Steinberg model was considered as an effective material constitutive model. Comparison against Finnie's erosion model was made, it is showed that the numerical analysis method could be used to study the behavior of abrasive impacting.
