摘　　要：探讨在喷气织机上开发两种捻向巴里纱提花布的工艺技术要点。针对生产中两种捻向巴里纱易扭结、纠缠、易混淆、不易吸浆等现象,络筒采用低速度、降毛羽、热定形处理。两种捻向的纱分别整经,分别经过两个浆槽,合理选择浆料配方、织造时加穿分绞棒,从而可生产出满足客户要求的产品。Processing technology key points of developing two kinds of twist direction warp jacquard fabric in air-jet loom were discussed. Treatments of lower speed, reducing hairiness and thermosetting were adopted in winding process because the two kinds of twist direction are easy be tangled and mixed up, while not easily be sized et al. Two kinds of twist direction yarn were warped respectively then passed different two sized box. Size mixture formula was chosen rationally, leasing bar was added in weaving, finally product could meet customer demands.
