摘 要:合成了一种丙烯酸酯类共聚物并将其作为固相微萃取涂层,使用微量进样器自制了固相微萃取装置,并用该装置萃取分析了水体中4种农药(异稻瘟净、乙草胺、赤死蜱、除草醚),对影响分析灵敏度的各种实验因素进行了优化。在优化条件下4种农药标准样品质量浓度在1~1000μg/L内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.992~0.997),检出限为7.62~13.96ng/L。结果表明,自制的固相微萃取头对水样中4种农药残留具有良好的分离富集效果。An acrylic polymer was prepared and applied as a new fiber coating for solid-phase microextraction(SPME) of four pesticide residues, such as Kitazin P, acetochlor, chlorpyrifos and nitrrofen, in water samples. The efficiency of the new coating was investigated using self-made SPME device and gas chromatograph. The effects of experimental conditions, such as adsorption time and temperature, the desorption parameters, ionic strength and the pH on extraction efficiency were investigated. Under the optimal conditions, a good linearity was obtained in the range of 1 - 1 000 μg/L for four pesticide with the correlation coefficients(r) more than 0. 99. The detection limits were between 7. 62 ng/L and 13.96 ng/L. The results showed that the coating had better extraction capability.
