摘　　要：档案工作实践和项目研究引发了我们如下思考:在信息化发展进程中,深层次地研究档案信息资源公平利用问题,刻不容缓。档案公平利用是档案学界的百年话题,今天我们研究档案公平利用问题,正是为了用创新的思路去解决历史上的学术问题。例如,以工作创新的思路,推进档案资源整合和管理模式改革;以技术创新的思路,推动档案利用社会化。The practice and research in archives reveal that in the informatization process, it is the urgent to conduct the deep research in the fair utilization of archive information resources. Fair utilization of archives has been a one-hundred-year topic in the archive field. Today, to conduct the study on this issue is just to solve the academic issue with the creative thoughts, for example, to promote the integration of archive information and reform of the management mode in the creative thoughts of approach; to promote the socialization of archive utilization in the thoughts of technological renovation.
