摘　　要：近年来动漫产业被我国众多城市列为支柱产业,然而国内动漫产业仍属处于发展初期的弱小产业。借鉴当今世界动漫大国的成功经验对于我国动漫产业的发展有着重要的意义。文章在阐述日本动漫产业发展现状的基础上,对日本动漫产业的发展历程作了回顾,指出日本动漫产业具有市场的多样化和融合、独特的市场运作模式以及数字技术的广泛应用三个方面的特点。In recent years, the animation industry has been listed as the pillar industry by numerous cities in our country ; however, the domestic animation industry is still small and weak in the initial development period. It has the vital significance to Chinese animation industry development if the successful experience of the great animation nations in nowadays can be used for reference. In the foundation of expounding the present situation of Japanese animation industrial development, the dissertation reviews the Japanese animation industry＇ s development process, and points out that the Japanese animation industry has three characteristics： the market diversification and the fusion, the unique market operation pattern as well as the wide application of digital technique.
