摘　　要：阐述了压力管道风险管理的必要性和作为降低风险措施的基于风险检验的基本原理。强调了基于风险检验的重要意义,介绍了实施步骤、分析方法以及基于风险检验项目的成本效益分析,给出了基于风险检验技术在压力管道检验中的成功应用案例。The necessity of pressure pipeline risk management ,basic principles of Risk Based Inspection as a measure for reducing the risks were explained briefly. The meaning of the RBI was emphasized and the steps in application,methods in analysis and cost-effectiveness analysis of RBI project were introduced. A successful example of using RBI was given to illustrate its effectiveness.
