摘 要:WX/U型脱硫装置是自主研发的新型脱硫装置,核心元件为文丘里洗涤器。就不同操作参数对WX/U型脱硫装置的脱硫效率的影响进行了试验研究,并与单一文丘里洗涤器的试验数据进行了对比。结果表明,WX/U型脱硫装置的脱硫效率远高于单一文丘里洗涤器,能满足目前国家标准的要求,这个结果为WX/U型脱硫装置的工业应用提供了理论依据。The key component of WX/U-desulfurization equipment,which is researched and developed independently by the authors,is the venture scrubber. The effect of different operational parameters on the removal efficiency of WX/U-desulfurization equipment is investigated experimentally. And the experimental date were compared with that of a single Venturi scrubber under the optimum operational parameters. The results showed that the removal efficiency of the WX/ U-desulfuration equipments is higher than that of the Venturi scrubber. It could satisfy the requirements of National Standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants in China. And the experimental data could provide theoretical bases for the industrial applications of WX/U-desulfurization equipments.
