摘  要:提出了一种以低温深冷剂相变制冷为原理的冷屏蔽系统技术,即通过深冷剂的相变制冷使物体表面温度降低从而降低红外辐射特性。据此建立三维立体模型并对模型进行单元传热及流场数值模拟。结果表明,通过控制冷屏蔽系统内制冷剂饱和蒸汽压力能有效控制饱和液体的蒸发温度进而控制系统表面温度,使系统表面温度分布满足低红外辐射特性;分层蓄液方式能够有效提高传热效率,防止由于制冷剂过度集中所引起的传热条件恶化,使表面温度分布更加均匀、稳定;数值模拟方法能够解决冷屏蔽系统相变制冷的理论问题,对系统的实施有重要的指导意义。A technique about spatial cold shield system using the theory of phase transformation refrigeration by the cryogenic refrigerant was presented, i. e. infrared radiation capability can be reduced by dropping surface temperature of the object through the phase-changed refrigeration of the cryogenic refrigerant. Three-dimensional model was established and simulated on the unit model about the heat transmission and the flow field. The numerical simulation result showed that the systematic temperature satisfied the requirement of reduced infrared radiation by dropping surface temperature of cold shield through controlling the inner saturated temperature of refrigerant.The saturated temperature can be controlled by the inner saturated pressure; the layered reservoir compartment can effectively improve the heat transfer efficiency and prevent the refrigerant from concentrating in one field and deteriorating heat transfer condition. It can also make the temperature distributed more homogeneous and stable and modeling method can solve the theoretical and equipment problems of phase-transformation refrigeration.
