摘 要:目的探讨人神经干细胞移植治疗新生儿重度一氧化碳中毒的可行性。方法1例生后18d的新生儿重度一氧化碳中毒急性期患儿,肌张力异常,原始反射减弱,新生儿神经行为测定评分15分。取孕12周胚胎前脑细胞体外培养扩增11d,获取人神经干细胞球,经患儿脑室穿刺注入。结果移植后28d,患儿肌张力、原始反射明显改善,新生儿神经行为测定评分35分。移植后9个月Peabody量表,0~6岁儿童神经心理检查量表评估,患儿运动、智力、语言发育正常。结论本例人胚胎来源神经干细胞移植治疗急性期新生儿重度一氧化碳中毒,临床疗效显著。最终的疗效还需更多病例的进一步观察。Objective The aim of this study was to preliminarily evaluate the effects of human neural stem cells(NSCs)transplantation in treatment of acute severe neonate carbon monoxide poisoning(COP). Methods The patient was a 18-day newborn in acute severe COP with the changes of muscle tone,original reflex and low score of NBNA of 15. Cells obtained from the forebrain of an 12-week old fetus were cultured and amplified for 11 days, and human fetal NSCs were injected into cerebral ventricle of the patient. Results Twenty eight days after transplantation,remarkable improvement changes occurred not only in muscle tone and original reflex but also in the score of NBNA of 35. Nine months after transplantation, the infant's movement,intelligence and speech were similar to those of normal infants of the same age by the assessment of Peabody development motor scale and 0-6 years old children Neuro-psychoiogy development scale. Conclusion The clinical effects of NSCs transplantation of the neonate with severe COP was significant. More cases need to be studied to evaluate the effects of NSCs transplantation in treatment of neonate COP.
