摘  要:在2024铝合金上采用了二次浸锌的预处理方法,化学镀镍,电镀铜作为过渡层的特殊工艺,再利用磁过滤脉冲偏压电弧离子镀技术制备了Zn/Ni/Cu/Cr/CrNx多层梯度膜。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、显微硬度计和腐蚀测量仪等测试手段分析薄膜的成分、结构、表面形貌、显微硬度和耐腐蚀性等特性。结果表明:多层梯度膜提高了铝合金上CrNx涂层的结合力,能够有效地解决铝合金上镀硬质膜的热适配和晶格错配度大的难题,形成了良好力学梯度过渡的表面改性技术;Cr/CrNx膜使铝合金表面具有高的硬度和良好的耐蚀性,对轻合金表面涂覆超厚硬质膜具有一定的研究意义。A novel technique has been successfully developed to modify the 2024 aluminum surfaces with Zn/Ni/ Cu/CrNx multi-coatings, and to ease up the thermal and structural mismatches at the interface of the coatings and the substrate. In the technique, the processes the substrate went through include the zinc dipping twice, chemical plating of Ni, electroplating of Cu as the transition layer, pulsed bias multi-arc ion plating of Cr/CrNx for the growth of Zn/Ni/Cu/Cr/ CrNx gradient multi-coatings. The mierostructures and mechanical properties of the coating were characterized with X-my diffmction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and conventional probes. The results show that the multi-coating works well in modifying the 2024 Al alloy. First, it enhances the interracial adhesion between CrNx coating and the substrate. Next, the transition multi-layers considerably reduce the structural and thermal mismatches at the interface of the hard films and the substrate. Finally, Cr/CrNx coatings on Al alloy substrates display high hardness and corrosion resistance.
