摘 要:介绍了磷酸铵镁沉淀法去除垃圾渗滤液中氨氮的机理和影响因子,并用单因子法初步确定了取得较好处理效果时影响因子的数值范围。试验结果表明:时间对氨氮去除率的影响小于药剂投加量的影响,工程应用中反应时间控制在20~30 min之间是经济适宜的;相同投加量情况下,镁盐去除效果好于磷酸盐。通过增加镁盐投加量,可使氨氮的去除效果高于80%,最终出水的氨氮浓度可低于300 mg/L;考虑到废水浓度和性质差异,实际工程应用前最佳投药量需实验确定。The mechanism of magnesium ammonium phosphate method and its influence factors of ammonium nitrogen removal from municipal solid waste landfill leachate were introduced, and the variations of factors on removal of ammonium nitrogen were determined. The results show that the influence of time nium nitrogen removal is less than that of chemical agent dosing, the reaction time of 20~30 min is regulating on ammoregarded as the economical one in the view of engineering application. In the same condition of agent dose rate, the result of dosing magnesium is more effective on ammonium nitrogen removal than that of dosing phosphate. The ammonium nitrogen removal rate can be as high as 80% and the concentration of ammonium nitrogen in treated leaehate can be less than 300 mg/L by excessive magnesium amount. Due to the difference of waste water concentration and quality, the suitable dose of agents must be explored by experiment in the engineering application.
