急性冠脉综合征患者P-selectin、TF、TFPI水平的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨急性冠脉综合征患者外周血P-selectin、TF、TFPI水平的变化。方法应用单克隆荧光抗体标记法和夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测急性冠脉综合征(ACS)组、稳定性劳力型心绞痛(SA)组及对照组外周血中P-选择素(P-selectin)、组织因子(TF)和组织因子途径抑制物(TFPI)水平的变化。结果①ACS组、SA组和对照组比较,P-selectin均值之间的差异均具有显著性(P<0.01),以ACS组中最高,SA组次之,对照组最低。TF、TFPI均值在ACS组中显著增高,较其他两组差异有显著性(P<0.05),TF、TFPI均值之间的差异在SA组和对照组中差异无显著性(P>0.05)。②P-selectin、TF、TFPI3种检测指标均值在UA组和AMI组间的差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。③3种因子之间具有良好的相关性。④SA组、UA组和AMI组冠脉病变程度之间的差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论外周血中炎性细胞因子及凝血因子相互作用共同参与了急性冠脉综合征发病过程。[Objective] To investigate the changes of P-selectin, TF and TFPI in patients with coronary heart diease. [Methods] By means of flow cytometry technique and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） tech- nique, the levels of P-selecfin , TF and TFPI were measured in 84 patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS） group, stable angina （SA） group and control group in the study. [Results] （1）The level of P-selecfin had significant difference among the three groups. It was the highest in ACS group and the lowest in control group （P 〈0.01）. The concentration of TF and TFPI had significant increased in ACS group （P 〈0.05）, whereas no significant difference between SA group and control group. （2）There were no significant difference in the levels of three measured media- tors between UA group and AMI group. （3）There were positively correlated among three coagulation factors. （4）There were no significant difference in the degree of coronary artery stenosis amomg SA group, UA group and AMI group. [Conclusions] The results of the present study suggest that inflammation and coagulation related mediators might play a role in the pathogenesis of coronary artery disease.
