从“叫人”到“雇人”:关中农村人际关系的变迁

摘　　要：在农村社会生活中,人情一直是建构和维系人际关系最为重要的纽带。改革开放20多年来,关中的定村在生产领域中发生了明显的人际关系变化,并主要表现为村民在生产活动中出现了从"叫人"到"雇人"的转变。这种转变,一方面反映了市场化背景下农民思想观念的改变,表现为人际交往对象的扩展以及交往中理性因素的增长,另一方面也反映了传统人际关系在农村社会生活中的渐变,表现为人情和面子仍然是理性交往中不得不考虑的重要因素。Favor（Renqing）is a key element in construction and maintenance of interpersonal relationship in rural life. Since the reform and opening-up, interpersonal relationship has been obviously changed in Ding Village, Guanzhong,Shaanxi Province. The change from labour reciprocity to hiring arises in the field production. On the one hand, it shows the change of ideas of rural residants in the background of marketizing, accompanying the expansion of communication partners and growth of rationality. On the other hand, it shows the gradual change of traditional interpersonal reltionship in rural life,along with emphasizing the factor of Favor（Renqing）and Face in interaction.
