摘 要:分别在38,36,34,32,30℃,相对湿度约70%的条件下,对皖南中华蜜蜂的受精卵和未受精卵发育历期、发育起点温度及有效积温进行了研究。结果显示:发育历期随温度的升高而缩短;发育速度与温度呈正相关;中蜂受精卵发育的理论起点温度为21.482℃,有效积温为1113.263h℃;未受精卵发育起点温度为22.067℃,有效积温为1104.368h℃。The paper studied that growth period, starting point and total effective temperature of eggs Apis cerana cerana Fab. was in the condition of artificial temperature, The results were as follow. There was a inverse correlation between growth period and growth temperature, and there was a direction relationship between rate of development and growth temperature. Growth starting point temperature and total effective temperature of Fertilized eggs was 21.482℃, 1 113.263 h℃ respectively, and unfertilized eggs was 22.067℃, 1 104.368 h℃ respectively.
