女贞子对大鼠垂体促肾上腺皮质激素细胞的影响

摘　　要：中药女贞子所致大鼠垂体促肾上腺皮质激素细胞超微结构变化的观察发现，胞浆中的分泌颗粒、核糖体和线粒体的数量显著增加，显示女贞子能提高该细胞合成促肾上腺皮质激素（ＡＣＴＨ）的能力。The ultrastructural changes of the effect of a Chines medicine Fructus Ligustri Lucidi on the corticotrophs of rats hypophyses have been observed with TEM. The results show that the numbers of the secretion granules ribosomes and mitochrondria in the cytoplasm are prominently increased. It is indicated that Fructus Ligustri Lucidi could help the corticotrophs synthetize more ACTH. The observation above has provided a morpholgical evidence for the studies on the mechanism of the restroration function of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi
