含氮含硫有机物的键裂能的计算

摘　　要：】本文建立了用基团电负性计算含氮含硫有机物的键裂能的简单方法。利用此方法计算出２２个含氮含硫烷基衍生物的键裂能，其平均偏差为３．９７ｋＪ·ｍｏｌ－１。This paper describes nutritive composition of millet and function of nutritive health protection of methionine,cellulose, vitamin B in amino acid contained by millet.Defect of the shortage of lysine is analysed and several processing means for upgrading nutrition value of millet are also introduced.
