摘　　要：通过介绍东津水电站2号机组大轴弯曲起因和弯曲程度,详细阐述了历次大轴弯曲现象的分析意见与解决方案、处理过程及运行情况。同时根据大轴弯曲经过10多年的长期运行得以自然校直的现象,从材料力学的角度分析了这一渐变过程的成因和结果。The cause of NO.2 unit turbine rotor bend and bend degree were described. Analysis, solution scheme, treatment and operation of the previous rotor bend were elaborated. Furthermore, according to natural straightening, the cause and result of the process were analyzed in respect of material mechanics.
