摘　　要：针对柘林45 MW机组在黑启动时,能否依靠油压装置所储存的能源,安全可靠地启动机组,恢复厂用电至关重要。为此对机组的油压装置进行了测试、运行分析和计算复核,提出了油压装置进行必要的技术完善要点,以适应黑启动的要求。Test, analysis and calculation were taken to check whether forced oil device, during 45MW unit black-start, could start unit with the energy stored in the device. Improvements measures must be adopted in forced oil device were proposed to meet the requirements of black-start.
