老年代谢综合征患者心率血压变异性的研究

摘　　要：目的研究老年代谢综合征患者心率变异性及血压变异性的变化,了解老年代谢综合征患者心血管系统植物神经功能。方法选取76例老年代谢综合征患者和51例对照组进行24小时动态心电图和血压监测,并进行心率血压变异性指标的对比分析。结果代谢综合征组患者心率变异性指标较对照组下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),而血压变异性指标却是升高的(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论老年代谢综合征患者存在心血管系统植物神经病变,改善其心血管系统植物神经功能,可能有助于减少心血管并发症的发生。Objective Metabolic syndrome is associated with an increased risk of the subsequent development of cardiovascular. We study the metabolic syndrome patients to evaluate their heart rate and blood variability. Methods Simultaneous 24h recordings of ECG and blood pressure in both 76 metabolic syndrome patients and 51 control groups,and analysis of heart rate variability （HRV） and blood pressure variability （BPV） between the two groups. Results In the metabolic syndrome groups HRV was lower than control groups（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,but the BPV was increased（P〈0.05,P〈 0.01）. Conclusions The cardiovascular autonomic nervous systems are impaired in the metabolic syndrome patiernts.
