三苯基膦与烯丙型氯代物的区域选择性反应

摘　　要：烯丙型氯代物（ＣｌＲ）与三苯基膦（Ｐｈ３Ｐ）在ＮａＩ存在下，发生区域选择性反应，生存γ取代的季磷盐．进一步研究表明，橙花醇苄醚的季磷盐在ＣＨ３ＯＮａ／ＭｅＯＨ、ＤＭＦ体系中，可与醛发生Ｗｉｔｉｇ反应生成相应的烯，而二丙叉丙酮的季磷盐在相同条件下不能与醛反应．Compounds like allyl chloride could regioselectively react with Ph 3P in the presence of NaI as catalyst giving γ -substituted quaternary phosphonium chloride. The results of the study shown that the quaternary phosphonium of neryl benzyl ether could readily reacted with aldehydes giving new C C in the presence of CH 3ONa/CH 3OH and DMF, but the reaction of the quaternary phosphonium of mesityl oxide could not occur under the same conditions.
