摘  要:目的探讨临产孕妇对产前教育掌握情况,找出不足,为今后产前教育和入院健康指导提供依据。方法采用自设问卷的方法,选择2007年1~12月在本院待产的孕妇为研究对象,进行问卷调查。结果〉87.5%的城镇孕妇通过孕妇学校、孕妇门诊、电话咨询、广播电视、资料等多种途径,获得孕期保健知识,37.5%,68.8%的农村孕妇主要以亲戚朋友、广播电视、资料等途径获得孕期知识,而从孕妇学校、孕妇门诊等直接途径获得的孕期知识较少。结论产前教育应采取多种途径,满足所有孕妇的知识需求,尤其应重视农村孕妇的产前教育,才能将“以人为本”的护理理念贯穿于整个产科护理中。Objective To discuss the education which the pregnant women received before they give birth to a child in order to find out the shortages and to provide basis for the later education of the pregnant women and their hospitalize healthy instruction. Methods By carrying on a questionnaire to 240 cases which were chose from a local hospital from January to December in 2007. Results Above 87.5 % of the pregnant women who live in the city received care knowledge from the pregnant women school, the clinic service, telephone consultation, broadcast television etc. But 37.5 % - 68.8 % of the pregnant women who live in the village only received care knowledge, because they can only depend on their relatives, friends and broadcast television and they get little knowledge directly from the pregnant women school, the pregnant clinic. Conclusion The prenatal education should adopt various paths, and satisfy the knowledge need of all pregnant women,especially the pregnant women who live in the village. In this way, the nursing principle which makes people be centre can be pierce through the whole nursing.
