摘  要:研究太极拳锻炼对腰肌劳损患者康复状况的影响和机理.对患有腰肌劳损的患者进行常规理疗和太极拳锻炼辅助理疗观察和分析,以治疗期4、8和12周为统计周期,对各组疗效效果以症状治愈率、腰肌肌肉柔韧性、肌肉肌电波幅值为标准,评价实验组和对照组的疗效状况.结果表明,4周后,实验组与对照组患者腰肌劳损症状均有好转,且组间腰肌肌肉柔韧性和肌力肌电波幅值具有显著性差异(P<0.05);8周治疗后,实验组症状治愈率、腰肌柔韧性、肌电波幅值等改善明显,且具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);12周后,组间治疗效果具有显著性差异(P<0.05).这表明太极拳锻炼有利于促进腰肌劳损肌群肌力恢复和腰肌肌肉力量的有效控制,在药物和理疗的配合下,治愈效果具有显著性和不复发性特征.To investigate and discuss the theory of waist muscle injury patients be recovered to healthy by Taijiquan exercise. Adopt the dividing and comparing different groups, observed and analied the results on patients who were recovered in the waist muscle injury to healthy by Taijiquan exercise auxiliary treats. Designed 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks as treat indexes, appraise the different between two teams. After 4 weeks, the treat indexes seemed some differences between in two teams(P〈0.05); 8 weeks later, the treat indexes in two teams appeared very different(P〈0. 01); 12 weeks later, the results in two teams seemed some differences in two teams(P〈0.05). Taijiquan exercise has advantaged on improving the waist muscle injury recovered to healthy and muscle plaint practice, during the Taijiquan exercise the patients would keep quite feeling and efficient control the waist muscle practice, under the auxiliary by medical and common treat, the results seemed more differences and resurrection.
