几种有机膦酸水稳剂的阻垢性能对比实验研究

摘　　要：有机膦酸是一类具有缓蚀、阻垢性能的多功能水稳剂,已在工业循环冷却水中广泛应用。文章采用鼓泡法,评定了乙二胺四甲叉膦酸(EDTMP)、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸(DTPMP)、2-膦酸基-1,2,4-丁烷三羧酸(PBTCA)对碳酸钙、磷酸钙、磷酸锌等污垢的阻垢性能。实验结果表明:在阻垢剂用量5 mg/L,温度60℃,运行时间6 h,Ca2+浓度为240 mg/L的条件下,PBTCA的阻碳酸钙和磷酸锌垢效果最佳,阻垢率分别为94.34%和67.87%;DTPMP阻磷酸钙垢效果最佳,用药量为4.4 mg/L时,阻垢率达到99%。Phosphonate acids are excellent multifunctional water stabilizers against scale and corrosion. So they are welcomed in industrial circulating water system.The paper used rising air bubble to assess three common organophosphorus agents（EDTMP, DETPMP, PBTCA） performance of retarding scale on calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, zinc phosphate. The results showed at the dosage of 5 mg/L, the temperature was kept 6 h at 60 ℃,and Ca^2＋ 240 mg/L, PBTCA had the best calcium carbonate, zinc phosphate ratio of scale inhibition, be 94.34 % and 67.87 % respectively. DTPMP showed the best calcium phosphate inhibition effection,when the concentration of the scale inhibitor was 4.4 mg/L, the ratio was up to 99 %.
