摘　　要：脱漆剂是涂料工业中重要组成之一,它的作用是清除旧漆膜,为重新涂漆获得清洁的基体,文章简述了传统化学脱漆剂,包括热碱溶液脱漆剂,酸性脱漆剂和有机溶剂脱漆剂的特点、分类及配方,重点介绍了溶剂型脱漆剂的配方组份、作用及原理,认为具有环境友好性能的低、挥发性低毒型的溶剂型脱漆剂、水性脱漆剂和乳液型脱漆剂等为脱漆剂发展的主要趋势。Paint removers used to remove the old paint films were a very important part of the coatings industry. The characteristics, classes and formulation of the traditional chemical paint removers including alkali-based, acid-based and organic solvent types were briefly discussed respectively. The composite, effect and principle of organic solvent types paint remover were discussed particularly. The development of environmental friendly paint removers, such as organic solvent types paint removers that was low toxicity and high volatility, hydrophile paint removers and emulsion type paint removes were the main trend.
