摘　　要：利用钙离子选择性电极监测钙离子浓度变化,研究了NaCl饱和盐水中碳酸钙结晶动力学,考察了温度和阻垢剂对碳酸钙结晶的影响。研究结果表明:碳酸钙结晶速度为2.4级反应。温度和阻垢剂对碳酸钙结晶速率及其常数存在影响,温度越高,过饱和度越大,碳酸钙结晶速率常数越大,结晶速率越快。阻垢剂的加入,碳酸钙结晶过程受到抑制,其结晶速率常数明显减小。The crystallization kinetics of calcium carbonate in saturated brine was studied, based on the change of calcium ions concentration using Ca^2＋ ion - selective electrode （ISA）. The effect of temperature and inhibitors on the crystallization of calcium carbonate were investigated. The results showed that the crystallization rate of calcium carbonate in brine was a second - order reaction process. The order of crystallization constant was influenced by temperature and inhibitors. The higher the temperature and the super - saturation of brine, the greater the crystal growth rate and constant of calcium carbonate. With the addition of scale inhibitors, the crystallization process could be inhibited and the crystal growth rate would be reduced obviously.
