摘　　要：研制了一种通过公共电话交换网进行时间认证的系统设备,利用电话网为数字时间戳服务机构提供标准时间服务。经实测,时间同步精度可以在±0.3 ms范围内,能满足数字时间戳服务机构为银行、证券、股票和期货交易等电子商务以及电子政务活动提供时间认证服务方面的要求。A time authentication system is developed, which is realized by means of the public switched telephone network. And a standard time service will be provided to the digital time stamp service organization via the telephone network. The results of measure show that the corresponding time synchronization precision reaches the range of ±0.3 ms. The precision satisfies the digital time stamp service organization, and can be used to supply time authentication service to E-government affairs and E-commercial affairs such as banking, securities, stocks, futures exchanges, etc.
