摘  要:为有效降低磁铁矿石粉碎能耗,将爆破、破碎、磨矿及相关的大块处理、铲装、运输等过程作为一个系统来研究.在调查和试验基础上,采用统计、拟合等方法,研究了各作业环节的能耗关系,按照系统能耗最低原则,构建了"冀东鞍山式磁铁矿石粉碎合理能耗分布的数学模型".结果表明:通过适当提高系统中能量利用率较高的爆破、碎矿作业能耗,降低能量利用率较低的磨矿作业能耗,可使系统总耗能最小.运用该成果,对石人沟铁矿的爆破、碎矿、磨矿等作业的能耗重新进行优化分配,使矿石粉碎总成本下降了3.84元/t,每年节省费用460.5万元,节能降耗效果显著.To reduce the energy required for breaking down magnetite ore-all the involved processes were studied systematically. The various processes included blasting, crushing, grinding, bulk handling, shovel equipment and transportation. The various aspects of these operations were tested and then studied using statistical and fitting methods. A minimum energy consumption model of the distribution of energy was established for an Anshan like magne- tite ore preparation process located in eastern Hebei province. The results show that the total energy consumption of the entire process decreases when the energy consumption of blasting and crushing is increased. The energy utilization efficiency of those steps is higher. Hence, decreasing the energy consumption of the grinding operations, which have lower energy efficien- cy, can result in a net gain in overall efficiency. The result was applied to a Shirengou iron ore. The total cost of ore preparation was reduced by 3.84 yuan/t, and 4. 605 million yuan are saved annually. The energy saving effect is remarkable.
