摘 要:为了解新老混凝土组合梁在预应力作用下的界面黏结性能,采用测量界面间应变的试验方法和有限单元法研究了箍筋间距和混凝土的开裂对界面间黏结性能的影响.结果表明,在预应力作用下,黏结面上下应变差值较小,界面间无明显滑移.在静载作用下,破坏模式为剪跨区局部发生黏结破坏之后受压区混凝土压碎,黏结面上下应变差值为5.06×10-4-9.19×10-4,界面间滑移较明显.箍筋间距从200 mm变化到100 mm后,界面滑移值由2.757 mm减小至1.518mm,增加了组合梁的整体性和刚度.有限单元法计算出的组合梁界面应力、应变及滑移,与试验值吻合良好.The mechanical characteristics of the interface between old and new concrete composite beams under prestressing forces were investigated experimentally. Test effects of the space of links and concrete cracking on bond interface were studied based on test results. A finite element model (FEM) is used to simulate these effects. The results show no slip at the interface between old and new concrete under prestressing forces. The slip and local bond failure in the shear span was observed under static forces. The difference values of strain at the interface were506×10^-6--919×10^-6. The slip decreased from 2. 757 mm to 1.518 mm, and the stiff-ness of the beams increased, as the link spacing decreased from 200 mm to 100 mm. The FEM shows good agreement with the experimental results.
