摘　　要：在网络环境下,数字图书馆建设中面临诸多信息自由权和知识产权保护问题。本文从国内外现状中论述了信息自由权和知识产权的冲突,探讨在强调知识产权的同时不要忽视公民的信息自由权,建立健康的建设环境。Under the network environment, a series of problems such as information freedom and intellectual property were encountered during the process of digital hbrary construction. This paper concerned with the conflict of information freedom and property rights, in order to explore how to respect information freedom and emphasize on property rights, and to set up the construction idea of sustainable development.
